First of all I would like to thank Mr. Williams and his law firm for all they did for my family and me. Josh took a complicated case against a large municipality, that a lot of attorney’s turned down. Josh had won a decision for me in District Court. That was later appealed by the municipality. The appellate court ruled that the lower court did not have authority to rule in our favor. Josh then brought our case before the Supreme Court of Minnesota. Where Josh won a decision in our favor before the Supreme Court that overturned 30 years of law. Finally he secured a substantial jury Verdict in District Court. I recently contacted this firm for a consultation. Josh was extremely rude on the phone. I was trying to give him some background on my case and he kept interrupting me!!! Kept asking me questions, which I told him if he would let me finish what I was trying to say then it would make more sense.

He wasn't interested in hearing the entire story. He finally just cut me off said he had enough information and that he would call me back the next day to let me know if he can take the case or not. Do you think he ever called me back? Nope!

I'm glad he didn't though because there was no way I was going to hire him after how rude he was to me over the phone! Josh needs to learn to let people speak without interrupting them. And call back if you say you will.

DO NOT use this agency! Unless you have a clear cut case! I called after reading the great reviews and requested to meet with Josh. Unfortunately I was scheduled with Tim Phillips. He requested documents and when I met with him he looked at NOTHING! He had me explain my situation and decided from this....even though I had what I felt important information! I called today asking for assistance with COBRA as I did not receive information. He stated to find someone who deals with this. He didn't even recommend anyone! Losing a job can be very traumatic. We look to professionals for advise. They didn't provide me with anything! I got what I paid for NOTHING!!!!
