Had a great lawyer for my hearing. But the communication between me and my worker havent been the greatest. She takes forever to get back to me. But so far I've had great service especially with the lawyer I had I give him 100 percent.

They are in it for the money and if there is any complications you will pay extra it off pocket.

I guess my experience with them may not be complete, but from what I have experienced so far I am frustrated. I went through them to apply for social security disability. I worked with Kong (not sure that is spelled right). He was very understanding and helped me through paperwork. Then, the denial came 3 months later, something he told me to expect. I called him. He said he would send my case to the appeals department and they would call me the next day or two. About 5 days later, I called them (yesterday) to see when the appeals was planning on calling. The person said they had tried to call me that morning--no message was left. I seldom answer a number I don't recognize and figure if it is important they will leave a message. The call representative said she would pass my message on to "her" (I never got a name) It is 24 hours later and no call. It is very frustrating because there is a date on the letter and appeals have to be done within the time frame allowed. I would have given Kong a 5 star rating...but overall, it is a 3. If there was a 2 1/2 I would have done that. I kind of wish I had gone to another lawyer.

UPDATE: I have a new case manager now. She seems to be conscientious regarding my case. I seldom reach her on the first call, but she usually returns my call by the next day or day after.
