I was recently convicted of a “Forfeiture-Eligible” DWI offense. Fortunately, Mr. Sessoms got my $21,000 fully-paid-for car back for me. I was not an innocent owner and I fully expected to forever lose my vehicle to the State. But Mr. Sessoms came up with a new argument challenging the constitutionality of the DWI Forfeiture Statute. And one week prior to the forfeiture hearing, the city attorney decided to give up and return the vehicle to me (I just had to pay for the towing and some minimal storage costs). Can't even begin to describe how grateful I am to F.T. for all he did to help me with my DUI case! It was my second offense within 7 years and I was so stressed about what was going to happen to me. Not only navigating through the process, court dates, fees, probation, etc., but I was in danger of losing my job due to the inability to travel internationally, which is required within my field. F.T. went above and beyond to help me, and although I am still on unsupervised probation, I am able to travel without issue.
