Not happy

Received letters from the lawyer asking for follow up by phone. When I call, I get sent to voice mail and never get a call back. Very slow to response.

You have heard the story of David versus Goliath. Well David Cody from Cody Law Group just slayed one of the biggest insurance Goliaths in the US. When my wife hired David Cody, I was concerned he wasn’t from one of those big Minneapolis law firms you see on TV. But from the moment I met David Cody I could tell he was a man of character, very experienced and well versed on case law.

David walked us through each and every step of the process and made recommendations along the way. As you can imagine big insurance companies offer pennies to settle your case. In this case the insurance
company offered $1,000, take it or leave it. My wife was seriously injured and will require medical treatment for the rest of her life. The catch is, she had a soft tissue injury and those injuries do not show

I had a decent experience. The only problem I had was communication. There seems to be a lack of communication in the office since I would tell one Legal assistant something then get a call back a week later asking for a response after already giving a response the week prior and being told that they dont see that I responded. I also updated my mailing address and conformed it twice just for letters to be mailed to my old address.
