Reached out to them for an injury case. They refused the case because apparently their caseload was too high. A business doesn’t run by refusing work. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

"You don't know what you don't know", so it's always best to have someone on your side who does and will take the time to slow down to explain what's happening and what's going to happen. Frank Lyle did this for me. The moment I got a call from the hospital I was treated at after an accident, that I didn't cause, for a bill I felt I didn't owe, I knew I needed help. I wanted someone local, established and at a modest size, so I wouldn't/couldn't get lost in a processes I didn't know anything about.
