I wouldn’t recommend this place! When we first went in looking into filing a Chapter 7 we were advised that everything would be good, and giving out circumstances we needed to file as soon as possible. We paid them within two weeks $2,200. Second appointment went fine made sure all our paperwork was in we were good to go! Third appointment we get there and wait 1 1/2 hours and they come tell us the system is down and all the lawyers went home. I get aggravated them all of a sudden they magically find a lawyer to talk to us. She gets our information, says I’ll call you Monday to do the signing. Monday comes I call her now she says we don’t qualify for Chapter 7 we have to do a Chapter 13 which we expressed from day one we were only interested in a Chapter 7. Now, I’m currently trying to see what’s up with my money because they literally worked two days and filed nothing! But of course the systems are down and no one is available for me to talk to.

Allmand Law firm will promise you the world to get you to hire them. However, They will NOT go that EXTRA mile for there client's. I feel like when your a big law firm like Allmand Law firm, you lose sight of your clients needs,Your just another dollar for them. Also, If your lucky you might get to talk to an attorney and not a paralegal, that's if they call or response back to you at all. So, do your homework and hire a Law firm that will put your first! Because Allmand Law firm talks a good game, they will leave you high and dry! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND Allmand Law firm to anyone.

After 5 long years and paying out over $80,000 getting my discharge the IRS is coming after me for a balance unpaid which is the reason for filing in the 1st place. For the last 2 months I've been emailing, calling and going to there office and no one will even respond dr back to answer any questions on why and what we need to do. I don't care if it was a dollar, we should have been debt free. They don't care about you after your done and they get their money.

I was sent a letter saying they could help me with the legal or shoot. I took my time to make an appointment and go see them and found out all they do is bankruptcy. Then that was told somebody would talk to me to see if they could actually help me not just put me in bankruptcy, and I waited for a 1/2 an hour nobody bothered to see me. So if you don't need to go bankrupt, I knew value your time, avoid this place

Worst decision we could have made. Rarely returned email questions. Delayed our confirmation for 10 months for paperwork that was already done multiple times. I never spoke with the same attorney so I had to explain my case numerous times. They took 2500.00 and did absolutely nothing. No confirmation only excuses. We fired them and went with Another firm and were confirmed in a month. We were robbed. Stay away from this place unless you want to get robbed. I thank no that their business model is to collect as many 500.00 down payments as possible and move on without any regard for the families are being crapped on. 0 stars and should be investigated for fraud.

I was referred through my company and was treated very well on my first visit. I was welcomed in and immediately placed in an office to speak with a paralegal by the name of Richard Ramirez. Because I am an extremely detailed individual, he allowed me space and time to think thoroughly of each option that was available to me for my situation. He was extremely informative and guided me through each document that I had to complete. He was patient and provided answers to every single question (I had a ton). He advised of my next steps and provided information to continue the process. He stayed later to provide any additional information as well as follow up and routine dates. If the outcome is as simple as the process has been for me then I am extremely appreciative of this law firm and Richard for assisting me. I didn’t feel like an individual that lived in havoc or chaos , but Richard made me feel so comfortable that I immediately felt like I was represented and counseled. I am extremely optimistic of this law firm and I enjoy working with Richard!

There is no communication. You call and get the run around and if you email you only get an auto response email. The end all should have been when I had to call them to find out why my second appointment wasn't kept by them. They charge you 150 to reschedule if you miss an appointment. I should recieve a deduction of fees for them missing an appointment.
I had my consultation 18 Oct and paid them to file my chapter 7, 31 Oct. As of today 20 Nov my case hasn't been filed though being told it would be because my major issue was my current living situation. I needed it filed last month but couldn't pay that day. I thought they would file after my documents were signed on 4 Nov. Now I'll have an eviction and bankruptcy on my credit. I'll never be able to rent a place and I can't even try to get a mortgage for two years after the case is discharged. I'm so hurt. Things went from bad to severely worse.

This is the WORST customer service EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They were so adamant that I was there on time. I waited for an hour and a half and was promised a consultation with an attorney and got a paralegal. When I confronted the paralegal he stormed out, saying have a good day. How rude!

So far all is well. Started and paid for my process Friday. Friendly environment answered all my questions. Only thing I haven't received yet is the email to access client portal. So I have no way to send email to ask questions if I need to right now. But its early in the process. I pray they dont fall off because some of these reviews have me nervous.

This has been the worst experience ever related to dealing with a law firm, I have never experienced a firm that's so lackadaisical when it comes to dealing with clients!!! They do not answer your calls and you have to explain to a clerk over and over agai why you're calling!!! Who wants to divulge their person business matters to a clerk!!! Where are the attorneys why are you lonely dealing with paralegals???? I spoke with Richard gave him all the information he stated I neededsigned the necessary paperwork, however that wasn't all after being told all I need to do is pay, I did that now per Danielle I need to come back for some backbone paperwork. I've been calling them since this morning trying to speak with someone, now at 3:00 friday even he tells me I need to come in on Monday which Monday will be the final day for me to recover my vehicle!!!! I'm so frustrated with this firm but they have my 500.00 down payment so hopefully This will workout Monday because 3:00 Friday evening is way to late to take care of aclient

I emailed Allmand Law Firm on June 6, 2019 and June 12, 2019 with questions regarding my case; however, I have not received a response to my emails. I also called the office today to speak to my attorney or a paralegal regarding my case. I was promised a return phone call, but have not heard back from anyone. I have been required to resubmit important documents more than once, as a result of them losing my documents or claiming they never received them. During my first visit, I witnessed other clients complain about their lost documents. Staff members are very unprofessional, unpleasant, and dress in After Five Attire. While the attorney fees are slightly less than other attorneys in the area, the service and representation is subpar. Do not hire this firm to represent you or your family.

My dealings with the firm included two informative face-to-face sessions with the Attorney/Owner, Reed Allmand, who provided me with very helpful insights into the various "Fresh Start" options the law affords, from credit counseling to credit consolidation to personal bankruptcy.

Attorney Decker, with whom I also met twice and exchanged several emails, displayed a military efficiency in assisting me with the negotiation of a couple of tricky issues with creditors.

The entire staff in Dallas was Fantastic! They turned a difficult situation into a painless process all the way to resolution! I appreciated how they communicated every step of the process ensuring you're never blindsided coming into an appointment or in court. The only improvement area is the email response team: Getting a timely response was occasionally a little challenging however, they do get back to you.

I thought at first I got great service and then it turned to we told you that, we circled that on your docs, always dealing with a paralegal and kept having to reschedule hearing. Complained and was given the run around. At one point they refunded some fees but none of it was worth the outcome. I was told I would be able to keep my settlement from a four year old car accident and that was 100% not true. Very disappointed and thought I would be getting better service for such a sensitive situation. Also difficult to get them to respond to emails and phone calls.

The associates and attorneys at Allmand Law are amazing. They are always eager to help with questions and to help your experience easy and less stressful. I highly recommend them.

I started working with Allmand Law in July 2014 and from day one there entire staff was friendly and helpful. I never had to sit and wait on my lawyer like it was a privilege for me to work with him. Anytime the Trustee had wanted to dismiss my case, they were their for me. And trust me that was at least two to three times a year. So if you want a hassle free bankruptcy, I highly recommend this firm.

Our experience was horrendous to say the least. If there was a way to give a negative we would. At the start of the process there were promises made that were no kept. There were always surprises and incorrect information given by multiple people in the offices. A few of them were rude. It seemed when we started working with someone we felt we could trust or depend on...they would not be there anymore or at another location. We did not get what we started out to do. There were always charges that we didn't expect. In the end we were turned over to ONE exceptional person to handle our case. We made it through it. We thought big firm, better representation. We were wrong. We will never forget the experience or recommend them.

They did not serve me well. I received money back from the state and they kept it saying they did not have a good contact number or address. However, even to this day, I still receive ads.

They are not good at communicating. They do respond and/or following up as promised. You can call them or email either way you will become frustrated because they don’t respond. It appears that you are not taken serious and they don’t care about your case. I wished I would have considered elsewhere.

I think you could have educated me more on my rights. Especially regarding my residency. it was not made clear what was involved if I kept it.

I called to get a consultation. 1st call I was giving my information and then after talking for a few minutes, no one was there waited for almost a minute and asaying hello periodically, to allow for a possible mishap like pushing mute...nope nothing. Hang up and call back, 3 times the call disconnects after 3 rings. 4th time I call I get someone and I can not schedule an appointment. I'm told they have this appointment available and this day and that day and several times slots. When she goes into every time slot I suggest, oops, I'm sorry it's not available. EVERY SINGLE ONE! I tried 3 different days and and 8 different time slots. Seriously? I told her thank you for your time but, nevermind. Guess I'm being told they aren't the place to go.

They advertise that they help with student loans on the website but if you come to them with student loans they don’t even want to talk to you. Waste of time. Could have seen an attorney who actually handles them, with the time I had to take off of work. Attorney was rude, Mr. Ramirez I believe

Not happy with them at all. You call and get put off as if you don't matter. No one will talk to you or call you back. They say sent us a email and we will send one back. I am paying money to be treated as if i don't matter.

We went in for a wrongful eviction. Richard Ramirez took us in but was unable to handle our case. He did give us advice on what to do and recommend us a lawyer that could help with our case. He was very informative and polite. This law firm is great.
