Very knowledgable, a MUST to have on your team as a small business owner

Very rude and unprofessional.

Wow. Quite shocked. I just phoned to inquire about scheduling a consultation and Mr. Kaplan immediately assumed that I was out to waste his time. Stated that he doesn't consult with anyone that's not his client.

Well Einstein, how do you expect anyone to become a client, if they haven't met you first??

You very ignorantly stated that you don't provide "free" consultations. The words "free" were never uttered from my mouth. Had you bothered to listen rather than become argumentative and making assumptions you would have learned otherwise. I phoned your office based on the two reviews I'd read.

Well, I'm leaving my review, based on our two to three minute phone call, you give quite the impression that your the far from being the sharpest tool in the shed. Quite simply sir, it's incomprehensible how someone with your education and knowledge could be so quick to make an assumption without having any facts or knowledge of ones ability to have paid you for an hour of your time and our consideration of having retained you as our legal representative.

Thank God there are plenty of decent, professional lawyers in the area that aren't so full of themselves that can take a simple phone call and act in a professional and civil manner to a prospective client.

Stephen Kaplan was professional, VERY responsive and gave us excellent advice. We are so lucky to have him in our corner. We were new to the commercial lease negotiation and he took time to explain things to us and we're very satisfied with the results.
