Sadly, this review is of the office staff. I made a call to try and set up an appointment with Elizabeth for a new client consult. The front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful.

I called and asked to speak with Elizabeth. Her response was “She doesn’t work from this office.” Umm... ok? So where does she work from or how can I speak with her? Or does she not work for you at all any more. The rude lady then followed up by saying “Well, you’d have to give me your info and tell me why you’re calling and I’ll email her.” So I gave her my contact info and told her that I was interested in a new client consultation. She then said “New client or are you just looking to sell us clients?” (Which I have no idea what selling a client means... but whatever). I told her that I thought she was being a little bit rude as I’m looking for attorney representation. Her response was “Oh whatever...” and then hung up on me.

If this is the level of service recieved on first contact with them, I don’t want to find out how the follow up will be. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Handled my child support modification very efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend Dave.

I can not possibly give a higher review of any service based business that I have ever used. I have been through a BRUTAL three cases with my ex husband over various issues and Mr. Hughey, so far, was able to get me 100% of my checklist. He is brilliant. He has made me understand the law that I am fighting to uphold. He has educated me on how to think like he does when I present him with my testimony, evidence or details regarding my case. My husband and I say over and over "whatever Hughey says, that is what we will do". The highest of recommendations possible. I TRUST him with my children. Let's put it that way.
