This lawyer is a crook!! Did nothing on my workers Comp case for 2 yrs. never all me back. Never call me with any updates. Withdraw from my case without any resolution. After I obtained new lawyer and was compensated for what insurance was excepting, Major gensburg then took the 25% that my new lawyer worked for causing my new lawyer WHO WAS VERY GOOD to withdraw from my case before I could appeal to a hearing for existent of injury. DO NOT HIRE MAJOR GENSBURG!!!!!!

This is getting difficult as my workman’s comp attorney is having extreme difffulties getting assistance as far as medical and doctors and patient consideration . I have no prosthetic and have pronoced this problem multiple times , also I have ptsd and need to have them assist in getting an out off network approval in east Texas with no luck seems like I’m alone over here ! I have a 3 year old son and baby on the way due in August and haven’t been paid for 3 months due to discrepancie in my work search ! I went in to the office and filled out all paperwork which is an hour and a half drive and tomorrow is my brc . I just called to verify he would be attending because the moneys gone and I did a valid search and with my anxiety issues finding out he’s just going to call in and do a phone conference as my representative instead of being there in person is upsetting !

Horrible attorney the front office lady Alex and the paralegal Catherine are very rude they make you wanna just snappppp only person that was helpful was Tori she is nice and she makes you feel like a human being. Go to another attorney.

If you are looking for a Worker's Comp attorney look somewhere else. This has been a horrible experience from the beginning. The paralegal talks to you like if you're an ignorant person instead of taking the time to fully explain the process. I requested many times an appointment to go over my case but I was always denied. Don't make the same mistake I made and go with someone else. This was just a waste of time and money!

This company is just out to rip you off. They don't return phone calls. They never filed any paperwork on my behalf. They were collecting off my workers comp pay. I had to make phone calls to TDI to figure out that I could get an advance of my money to take care of my bills. If you need help on work comp case call TDI they were so helpful and I realized I didnt need this horrible law firm to keep ripping me off.

Ginsberg promised me they would keep my IT intact and I would be taken care of. Instead they botched my case and I'm left with no benefits a permanatley screwed up neck and unable to work. They now refuse my phone calls about appeal and behave as if I've done something wrong. They are crooked and lie at every turn.

This law firm ripped me off. They were handling a workers comp case for me and did a horrible job. They took their cut of my money and closed out my case but I did not find out until a year later that my case was closed. I got suspicious when I was no longer getting bills from them. They would not return my calls or get back to me on anything. I am still looking for a law firm to sue these guys. Stay away from this firm. You see they have a low review. I only gave them a one star because I could not post this without one.

THE MOST INCOMPETENT ATTORNEY EVER! I hired Jacob Ginsberg for my divorce case. He completely messed up the decree and the wage withholding order. He listed names of people that weren't even close to mine and my ex-husbands. He also got my daughter's name wrong. He should be stripped of his license.

Do NOT I repeat do not hire Jacob Ginsberg for your case. I hired this guy to represent me for a day in court due to my ex husband trying to enforce visitations that he missed and I ended up losing custody of my daughter that day bc of Jacob..... He drew up a contract on college rule paper(Rule 11 agreement) that stated I pay child support and I only get to see my daughter once a month. I'm not a bad mother, I've never been arrested, no CPS case, hell I was in law enforcement for 2yrs! He told me I was too hysterical for court bc of the agreement and asked me to leave. After I left I find out he agreed that I could not revoke the rule 11 and it would be made a final order! ( I was never even told what a Rule 11 was or what a revoke is) How? All bc when I was initially hit with this case I was living in Ca. The judge told me she couldn't bring me back in temporary hearing but the same judge put a domicile restriction on me and request I move back after living in Ca almost a yr, the judge was Emily Miskel in Collin County. So if Jacob would've done his homework on my case he would've known that me living where I reside now oppose to where this domicile restriction restricted me to was actually out of the jurisdiction of the court but no he took my money and the last thing he told me was, "you didn't lose your daughter to a Rule 11 agreement but bc you won't move back to Dallas"..... wow! It's not until after the fact that I found out she never had jurisdiction to even bring me BACK! These attorneys and judges especially Jacob Ginsberg and Emily Miskel don't care about you just your money!

Superb representation! I have in the past hired an average of one attorney per month for their different specialties, all commercial no criminal. Mr. Ginsberg is one of the rarest of all, totally capable of handling almost any subject skillfully, transparent about his experience or lack of, quick to self educate where appropriate, moderate and scrupulous in billing, and meticulous in meeting his commitments.
I have found only one other in his league, Marty Lehman, a man of such character that he gave away a large downtown law firm to pursue family and private investments. Mr. Ginsberg, please stay with us for a while? We need more like you.

I hired this firm to handle my W/C case. The insurance Co. Kept denying my claim . When they did accept my claim it was for a sprain strain. I felt that my injury was more than that . I decided to contact Major Ginsberg who said that I was right not to accept that .This attorney never once stood for me they were to afraid of the insurance Co. I wanted a good aggressive attorney. If you want to prevail in your case we'll let me say I will never call them again. After nearly three years all I received was 3 months temporary income benefits which totaled 3,500 dollars that's with a two level spinal fusion, 10 recent impairment. To top it all off the attorney did not know that interest should have applied to my measly 3500.00 back pay for three years of misery and no money in my pocket, I was very displeased with this lawfirm. They advertise they are for the working man that's bull, just be careful who you use to represent you.

This place was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. They didn't do anything that they promised to do and will continue to pull money out of your paychecks without any proof of what they are doing. They won't keep track of who you are and will constantly confuse you with someone else. Do not waste your time with this company. They are absolutely horrible. Not once did they ever even get me anything. Oh, and they wont refund you your when you over pay them by thousands.
