I had a wonderful experience with this law group. They took care H1B to EB3 employment based Green Card. On Sep 9th 2015 USCIS issued a VB allowing applicants till Jun 30 2011 PD to file for AOS. Few days after VB was published Rahul Reddy convened a meeting with employers under ITServe to highlight how fatal / devastating moving PD to 2011 would be for employers. Since 60k+ employees could file AOS the bodyshop employers felt threatened that employees have the mobility to switch employers in 6 months.
They pooled in $100k in funds & met with several Congressmen & Senators & lobbied them to mail USCIS to reverse the VB.
For the first time in history of USCIS a VB was reversed to satiate the fraudulent ITServe employers.

Not just Indians were affected by reversal of VB. Also the Chinese, Mexicans & Fillipinos were affected.
I spent few 1000 dollars to get the medicals & birth certificate documents which went in vain.
