This place is a waste of time. They were working on my personal injury case and would never update me on anything that was going on, I would always have to call for an update. One day they decided my case was too difficult for them so they weren't able to do it anymore and no one called to let me know. They just dropped my case. The entire time I thought I still had a lawyer. Just save your time. Call the Texas Bar instead they'll set you up right away with someone who will fix your case within 2 weeks. If I could rate them zero stars I would. So unprofessional.

Worst attorneys office ever my daughter and grandson have a open case here since December 2017 and their case has been transfer to 3 different case managers and attorneys they never call her with updates and when she calls they never answer or return her call back. Your better off going to

These were great people got us a settlement for my husband and i, but not for my 11month old at the time he is four now who refuses still to this day to go in his car seat at times. We were victims of a drunk driver rear ending us causing us to roll over three times and my husband lost his job,our living situation,and transportation. today I tried to get information on representation for a work related injury. The receptionist was unaware that Juan Hernandez advertises for work injury! She also told me she would not leave a message for the attys to call me because SHE didnt think I have a case! in the end I spoke with two different women. She eventualy hung up on me when I point out to her that she is not an atty and shouldnt be telling people that. The womans name was Alicia.
I wouldnt bother calling this firm if you need help with anything. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
