i used her and she said the right things...... and did not deliver only to say it is what it is. she had no data, she yelled at me in the mediation, she is too young. DO NOT USE THIS LAYWER IF YOU ARE FOR SURE A MAN TRYING TO GET CUSTODY. SHE WILL TELL YOU 'IT IS PRESUMED THE MOM GETS CUSTODY" IN THE END. DONE USE

Rashelle, informed me it would take nearly the full deposit of $500 to hire a service processor and file a motion. None of that was done, but she definitely spent 460 something dollars and what she claims was letters that were written. I actually received one email from her herself spoke to her secretary once or twice briefly and received a couple of text messages from her secretary. How this adds up to $440 is beyond me but you know how the system is once they get your money they definitely don't want to reimburse you. So be very very careful before you ever give a lawyer a deposit. make sure they can do with they claim they can do before you get them that deposit.
