Do not hire this law firm or any of their attorneys - specifically Drew Williamson. They're not even worth 1 star. They will drain your funds overnight with absolutely nothing to show for it. I had this firm on retainer for a total of 5 days, and they charged me nearly $4000 for absolutely nothing. I hired the firm at 4pm on 10/30 and fired them the following week by Wednesday 11/6. There was zero communication, strategy or discussion. They will nickel and dime you for work they are not doing. You will regret every bit of your decision to hire this firm or any of their attorneys. When I called to complain about unethical billing practices and unprofessional conduct their management gave me the run around for going on two months now refusing to speak with me or address my concerns. To this day I have been unable to speak with the managing officer of the firm, but they have stolen the majority of my $5000 retainer they demanded when other reputable firms were only asking for $2500. You will be led to believe they have a "great reputation" and will someone give you more clout or success in the courtroom. This is not the case. I have since spoken with other attorneys and law firms who have confirmed KoonsFuller billing practices are criminal and many have been burned by their unethical practices.

I hired this law firm a little while back to handle a custody situation involving my 2 1/2 year old son. I showed proof of having my son approximately 70% of the time up till this point. Jessica Janicek was given my case. She said we had a very strong case and there was no doubt that things would turn out positive for us. She had a court date set and we were ready to move forward and then she asked me to provide her with copies of all my income tax information from the previous years. All of a sudden, she said we shouldn't go to court but do a mediation instead. (I only found out later this there way to find out how much money attorney's can take from you throughout your case.) She said the other party had already recommended a mediator (Patrick Rogers, who behaved like an overpaid used car salesmen) that she thought would be great. Well, after a long and ridiculous mediation was finished, I asked her "is it just me, or has this mediator been treating me extremely rude abs talking down to me this entire time?" She then replied "it's because I currently have a case against him." Why in the world would you agree to a mediator that they recommended when you have a case against him? Conflict of interest? Yes! Of course it is. She then proceeded to tell that even though I was the better parent, that the other party will get what they want because that's the way the laws are written in Texas. It's not fair towards Fathers, but I just need to accept it and it's pointless to go to court. What a way to waste thousands of dollars. Thanks Koons Fuller and Jessica Janicek!!

This firm ‘donates’ to judges to receive preferred judgements in their cases. Their strategy is to litigate until their opposition is drained of their funds. Sad day when the family courts/judges can be bought.
Koonsfuller handled a tough divorce case with expertise and honesty. I appreciated the detailed invoices, the ease-of-reach, and the constant professionalism during my case. The staff is friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Great service and very reasonable price! I previously had another attorney and transferred over to this firm, and they are absolutely great! Most professional attorneys by far and they treat their clients great! Made my divorce process easy. Thank you Heather, Rob, Michael, and Jessica!

We used this firm for a non-contested divorce and it was pretty straight forward. There was no fighting between my ex-wife and all of the final points were give to the firm to handle the divorce.
When completed the bill was over $5000.00 and should have been around $3300.00 max as a fair price. Add to that they asked my wife why she did not want all of the equity in the home.
Clearly its just about money for the firm and sure their rent in Southlake Town Center is high but WOW the service is way overpriced.
