In August of 2019 I was hit by a drunk driver while I was out of town picking my dad up from the airport. My car was completely totaled, the driver proceeded to take off and we had to go to the emergency room and it was by far the scariest experience of my life. At that point I felt very angry and helpless that this person took off without caring who she hurt. I was in a accident in October 2017, my back was messed up. My L4,L5 and S1 was in bad shape. This cause no feeling on my left side of my leg and tons of pain shooting down my spine. I contact Ramez Shamieh about this accident that happened. Immediately he rushed to help by taking me to the doctor getting MRI and X-Ray and treatment. I found out that I need it surgery cause of my injury. I was scared at first but then the refer me to great surgeons and doctors that help patients with back injury. They recommended a minimal invasive surgery called Discectomy. After the surgery I felt less pain and I could feel my left leg again! I still got in treatment for rehabilitation and it really help me a lot. He also got the person cause they accident for his insurance to pay for everything! It’s was a blessing to have them work for my case. I highly recommend Shanieh Law in any similar case. They got your back!

I overheard a call today. I normally mind my own business and ask no questions. Yesterday was different because I couldn’t believe my ears. I carefully approached, apologized for prying and asked the lady on the phone for the name of the lawyer she was just on the phone with. She didn’t respond so I tried to swiftly back up to return to my seat. I was worried I upset her because tears formed in her eyes. It was later, that I found out her tears were from being a worried wife over her husbands health. On the way out a family member gave me the name which brought me here. I heard both parties on the phone and it’s clear the gentleman was at fault as he yelled none stop and hung up on her. He didn’t even ask her how her husband was, considering he was not doing so well at the time. I found that incredible inconsiderate. She made many attempts to explain herself and her husband health status but Ramez wouldn’t give her an opportunity to speak.
She didn’t want to speak with me or others on the issue but it should definitely be shared so others will not go through what she has. She begged her family to let it go. I understand why she wants to leave it be I’m just not sure how anything can be resolved staying quiet about. I can only imagine what the employees attitudes are like as the Founder atrocious behavior was definitely on display via phone. Find a lawyer that cares, clearly it’s not this firm. Prayers to that young lady, her husband, and a swift healing process for him.

I lost my trust for attorneys through this law firm unfortunately. My brother had totaled his Volkswagen 2014 Passat on the road where the airbag didn't deploy. After talking with a representative about the situation, I got a call saying an attorney was willing to take our case and wanted us to sign papers and go to ER to get the whole medical workup. I didn't sign the consent forms yet because I wanted to meet and talk with the attorney, but took my brother to the ER for x-rays and CT scans. We arrived at the law firm, and after going over some details of the accident the attorney who said would take our case said he wouldn't be able to take the case. And due to that, we were charged with the $6800 medical bill that the law firm said they'd pay for.
As a sister and a nurse, this was devastating because I wasn't able to provide medical help for my brother with the charge. I knew attorneys work for the money, but wow. This case was real. No asking how my brother was doing physically. No apologies. It was just business. So I'm not sure how this law firm has a 5 star rating..and just wanted to share this so that others won't be having to pay a large price for their service or lack of.
