Hired this guy to represent me on my workers compensation claim and for 3 weeks straight I was told that he will get me to see some doctor at PRIDE(?). It never happened. Only time he called me was when I called and told his secretary that I no longer wanted to be represented. Other than that never heard from him. It was always "if you dont hear from me tomorrow give me a call" whenever we talked. You cant call on Friday cause they are closed at the Elmbrook location.
Never again. Had to file a DWC150a cancelling his legal representation on my claim. I'll ride this claim solo.

Was very quick to call back when I needed an attorney. I filled out all the paperwork and sent in all my insurance papers for a claim and have never heard back. I have left at least 10 messages and written a dozen emails all have gone unanswered. So now this guy has all my information and paperwork for nothing. What a waste of time been almost a year since my injury. Do not use this guy!!!

He NEVER follows through with doing anything he says he gonna do..said he was gonna send my husband to his dr and did nothing in 3 weeks so my husband fired him..he literally did nothing..he doesnt answer or return phone calls..their office is closed on fridays all day..literally all he did was file a claim form..he got hurt January 30 and was in the attorney office February 1st..charged for interviewing a claim that was never reviewed ..dont EVER hire him if u want an attorney to speak to..because he ignores his clients

Not much. First visit, found his office to be an unprofessional mess. His administrative assistant was contacted on several different occasions. She proved to be unorganized, unprofessional and totally incompetent. This lawyer got paid from a portion of my payments for zero work!!! To be fair, if he did anything on my behalf I never saw it. I always had to contact him to get medical bills paid. Had a hospital put a lean on my home because of a Bill. I had to fix that situation to get the lean taken off. Could go on but I finally listen to my wife and did what I should have done over a year ago. I fired his ass!!! If you have to use him, I wish you the best of luck. My advice to all the rest of you. If you have a choice, stay away.
