Phillip got me through the worst time in my life. I made horrible decisions stemming from a severe eating disorder. Phillip listened to my story and tried to understand my personal struggles. He brought my story to the D.A. and fought for me for three years. I am free and have a second chance because of Phillip. He continues to be involved and accessible when I need him or have any questions. I highly recommend him. I would not be here without him.

Mr. Phillip Linder is a great attorney and help us as much as he can. He support us from the beginning until now. He is very responsible and care of his clients. I appreciate his great works and his time than he spend it on my husband case. Thank you for his help and his patience.

I am an attorney and have handled cases against Phillip as a prosecutor and along side him as co-counsel as a defense attorney during my career. He is highly capable and will fight tooth and nail for clients. This combination of ability and tenacity serves his clients well. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of criminal or family law representation.
Phillip Linder handled my child custody modification case in Collin County. He and his staff did a great job. It was handled professionally and relatively quickly and I was pleased with the results.

As a private investigator, I have worked with Phillip Linder for 12 years. You will be hard pressed to find a more hard working attorney in the State of Texas. I have worked with Linder and his clients on State and Federal criminal investigations. Linder works around the clock and for his clients obtaining the best outcomes I have seen in my professional career. Linder is ethical, intelligent and empathetic with his clients and their families. Phillip Linder is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend him.

First, I love these shining reviews, all made roughly "a month ago", consequently while Mr. Linder was under review by the disciplinary committee (which he NEVER informed his clients of).
If this guy gets court appointed to your criminal case, be ready to get what you pay for. Then, if you're dumb enough to let him trick you into retaining him, don't expect him to do what he says he will. He told me if I retained him, he'd have a better chance at getting the judge to lower my fiance's excessive bond. Then at the bond hearing, told me last minute not to mention it to the judge & didn't tell her himself either. He also didn't use my fiance's mother's testimony, who was a material witness in the case.
He didn't interview my fiance ONCE or get his side of the story. In fact, the first time he MET him was after he'd sat in county jail for over a month.
In a case that should've been no billed by the Grand Jury to begin with, my fiance ended up pleading out, spending 5+ months in County jail, 6 months in SAFPF & 5 years probation...all for a case that should've been in civil court in the first damn place.
This guy is a CROOK. He is incompetent & unethical.

I contacted Mr. Linder about a modification to my child custody orders. Mr. Linder quickly went to work for us and was able to finalize a new order within 4 months. I anticipated that it would take much longer due to the other party; however, Mr. Linder was successful in helping us reach an agreement that now permits me and my child to move closer to family for support and help. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal counsel.

I hired Phillip Linder to represent my daughter on a very serious drug case. After a lot of negotiations with the D.A. on the case, Phillip was able to get the case completely dismissed.

I am a fellow criminal defense attorney. I have seen Phillip in and out of the courtroom. He is a smart and dedicated attorney who advocates strongly for his clients. I highly recommend him.

I hired Phillip to represent me on an aggravated robbery charge in which I was falsely accused. He took it to trial and I was found not guilty!

As a civil attorney, I periodically have need to refer clients to criminal defense counsel, and it is heartening to be able to send them to Phillip Linder. Philip has a great way of keeping the client and the referring counsel informed, and his prior experience as a prosecutor is invaluable in his knowledge of the law, and (perhaps more important), his knowledge of the prosecutors. I heartily endorse Phillip.
