Did a great job helping me with a traffic ticket

Attorney Jacky Duffy is very humble, approachable, spoke with me respectfully, and helped me with a speeding ticket. The lady judge seemed to know and respect him when he and I both appeared for me late ticket. I appreciate him and his office. And get his book on JFK!

Great 1 on 1 attention and professionally done. Would recommend mr Duffy bc he backs u up with his word and experience. I would rather know and trust who is defending me. Instead of a big law firm using big names and pawning of clients to lawyers with 2 years or less experience. Mr Duffy has 28 years in. That's all I am saying. Go sit down with him.

NO DON'T USE !!!!!Do not ever use this Law Firm they would lie to you cheat you out your money he has false accolades a five-star we have used him once he can get all the money he can out of you he and SEND you away he smiles in your face and put plenty of daggers in your back once he realized you have no more funds he would send you away to do time if you use it for personal injury he will find a way to get your money without you knowing about it then it would send you a letter saying he's not representing you anymore warning stay away.there shouldn't be not even one star but you have to put one star to post your comment or what he put you through for the people out there who use them write more comments about the law firm

Mr. Duffy took care of my wife's tickets and made process quick and easy. Fast, friendly, and professional service.

Decent attorney, got the job done. But forgot to turn my dismissal to the prosecutor so ended up sitting for 2 more hours waiting for paperwork. I personally don’t know much about how the court system works so when I had questions was spoken to rudely by staff over the phone ... you’re supposed to be comfortable asking for legal advice from your attorney..? So all in all, an attitude adjustment would really make the difference for his office

Seriously one of the worst experiences of my life. I retained him after a rear end accident that hurt me but didn't hurt my car too bad. After failing in every way to work with opposing counsel, he decided mine was a terrible case and withdrew from my counsel 2 months before trial. He then postponed driving to Dallas to sign said order until literally the week of my trial. I attempted to ask him to withdraw all interest so I could have a chance at another attorney. He said he would rather get nothing then have some other attornwy get everything. When I told him I had no other choice than to let everyone know how terrible he is, he literally said "you can blast me to hell and back for all I care"! So now I am not able to get another attorney and I have no chance if representing myself. I WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN AND I WILL DO MY BEST TO TELL EVERYONE HOW TERRIBLE DEALING WITH HIM IS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE I KNOW!

This Man does what he says he's going to. For me he regrouped put together a compelling defense, and even filed some extra motions on behalf of me and my family, took his time to file them personally with out even starting the time clock, which is rare thing in his profession. Jack really came through. Thank you Mr. Duffy.

Jack Duffy was my ex-husbands lawyer. I went Pro-sea and won the case alone. His clerk or legal secretary attempted many times to get me to sign incorrect papers. The last judge we finally saw after his 5th attempt to get the orders correct finally recommended he go see another lawyer to help him word his documents correct. I don't recommend him for anyone and if your apposing you can win with no law degree just as I did! As for Cliff Beck as you can tell below, he is stating I won it with a lawyer. Which is false. I can actually give you all the case # which is public documents and let you see I was Pro-sea. A lawyer was hired only to finish paperwork and Mr. Beck won nothing only a huge bill with Mr. Duffy. He is just angry because of his ignorance. I was never appointed a lawyer no one in a divorce will ever be appointed one. The judge was fed up with jack still being unable to complete paperwork they finally told me If I were to get one I could finish the case since Mr Duffy failed 5x to be able to. You can't prolong a case without just cause and this lawyers inability to produce correct paperwork was the JUST CAUSE. I will gladly provide all paperwork if anyone would love to see it.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. Very rude staff . Went in for the first time for help on a citation for my mother and brother and no one was upfront I waited about 15 minutes to get attended. I was able to catch her name I believe it was Anitaa she was very rude Hispanic lady well she seemed like she didn't want to help us . I don't understand how people can get hired with a such a bad attitude . Never again will I go into the place .

We have just hired Jack to handle some legal issues he seems to be very knowledgeable and very polite the only thing is I think he is understaffed for the amount of business he has and the lady in the office the receptionist really needs to change her attitude she can be very rude

Horrible experience I when in for help with my Divorce case it was very simple since me and my Ex husband get along and were not fighting for anything........ On the court date Duffy gets to the court late, has nothing prepared and then tried to blame me for him not being prepared! After that I went to his office to talk he then started blaming the lady that's with him in the office saying that she didn't do her job!!!!!! He is just not professional at all!!!!! I gave him all the paperwork that was needing to be done AGAIN he started yelling at me saying I was trouble when I never raised my voice all I did was ask if he would be ready next time we go to court he got defensive and continued yelling at me and to top it off I had my little girl with me........ what kind of man or at that so call lawyer would do that in front of a child!!!! I got some of my money back he kept some of it because according to him I have to pay for his gas......... He did nothing with my case was not able to be prepared and he was a complete joke! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO INTO THIS OFFICE!!!! SPECIALY IF YOU ARE A FEMAIL HE WILL TRY TO PUT YOU TO THE GROUND....

I'm never in any legal trouble, and when I came to this attorney and his staff for help with a speeding ticket, I was met with extreme condescension and no results. Should have just fought the ticket myself.
