We have been "working" with Ms. Benson for over two years to deal with my father's estate. My father passed away without a will and we needed to probate the estate and make a settlement with his wife.

Whenever Ms. Benson has asked us for information, we have been prompt in our reply. Whenever e reach out to Ms. Benson with questions or to ask for updates, it takes us days to weeks to get a reply. It would seem that we are not at all on her list of things to handle and she only addresses this case when we reach out to her.

I realize we may not be her biggest case; however, like everyone else, we paid our retainer and simply ask to be treated as her clients - not an after thought.

Currently, our last response from her was June 6. Since that time, we've reached out to her 3 times with no response. If you would like to get your case handled, I would suggest you find a different attorney.
