These can not handle difficult cases .I was asking for my daughter full custody because my mother in law has psychotic disorders and she stayed with my husband and I was felling my daughter who is 10 years old her life will be endanger in his house . My husband got second marriage in my presence but they were not discussing that too finally they with drew my case in middle and then ,I appeared in court with out attorney which had bed effect on my case

Kevin Clark and Lisa Peterchuck are not only good human's, but they are also formidable attorneys. Having them on my side during my divorce and subsequent civil suit with my ex, calmed my nerves and gave me confidence to push through difficult times. I must also mention that I am more than enthusiastically satisfied with the results of both circumstances.

First, the entire team at Kevin’s office, Maria, Denease, Drake, Lisa, and Kevin are such great people, I now call them my friends! I needed an attorney during my divorce, and I decided, after visiting other attorneys, Kevin was my man. He knew the opposing counsel, and the judge in which my case was assigned, and he immediately started working on his strategy. Once Lisa started working with us, I knew I made the right choice in an attorney. When I would call with a question, no matter who I got on the phone, Denease, Lisa, or Kevin I was given answers or advice I could use. Throughout my whole case I never had to worry if I was being taken care of. I even enjoyed our meetings even though the circumstance was not fun at all. I met with Lisa for our pretrial meeting, let me tell you, I knew exactly what I needed to do what they (opposing counsel) were going to do – everything. The trial itself was probably one of the hardest things I have ever had to live through but, with Kevin and his team on my side, we made it through and achieved our goals!! Notice I said, “we made it through”, they were as involved as I was in this divorce. Unparalleled professionalism, attention to detail, straight forward talk, ‘can do’ attitude, experience, hardworking, full team effort, the list goes on and on. If you need real people who put you first, Kevin and his team are who you need. I plan on keeping in touch with them in the future. They have become part of my family.

Kevin was the second lawyer obtained for my very difficult divorce. I hired him after a year with a previous lawyer, that had not made any progress on my case. I wish I had him from the very beginning when I filed for divorce. I realized after retaining him that the process would have been completed much quicker if he was my lawyer from the very beginning. He knew exactly how to handle my narcissistic now ex-husband. I have referred a friend to him & she too has been very happy with his expertise in handling her difficult case. He tries to settle in an amicable fair manor outside of court, however, if unable to settle outside of court, he is the lawyer you want on your side in the court room. I would never want to be the person on the “other side”.

I am so glad I found Kevin because he helped me all the way through a trial!! My now ex-husband was difficult to say the least. Kevin knew how to deal with a crazy narcissist!! There were arguments over both separate and community property. We knew he would never settle. At trial, Kevin got him to admit on the stand that he had lied under oath at his deposition. The final ruling by the Judge gave me much more property than he offered in mediation. I am so glad so was on my side.

I met with Kevin to help purchase an LLC, and sell a small business. He was never available. I had one appt scheduled with him......he cancelled. I rescheduled for two weeks out , he then called me to cancel, saying he didn't want to represent me, but could refer me to another attorney. However the LLC I wanted had already been purchased, and trademark from the first meeting to the final cancellation. I'm extremely frustrated.
