When my (now) foreign husband and I decided to get married, we knew this was going to be a tough process. I knew I wanted to find someone, who had lots of experience and reasonable priced.
After searching for a few months and interviewing several Lawyers, I came across Larry's, (Mr Holmes), K1visa, web site. I sent in my contact information and with in 1 or 2 days, I got a call back. Not from the secretary or other office staff, but from Larry Himself. He was personable, and took his time to answer my dozens of questions.
When we finally hired him it was about a year later. I sent him an email, re-introducing myself, and he picked up the phone and called me. He told me then, ANYTIME I had any questions just call.
I really like the organization of this office. With each step in the process, we were given a "To Do" list,, in which we followed to the letter. This is very precise, and takes good record keeping on your part, but I cannot stress the importance of doing this, as they lay it ALL out for you. It will save you time and money in the future.

Our experience using this firm for my Kenyan husband's CR-1 (spousal) visa exceeded our expectations. If I could give a zero I would. The only words I got out of the agent named Christopher I spoke to , in the most condescending and rude tone I have ever received was "hi", "Shoot", "Are you Trying to figure it out yourself or hire someone to do it for you" after I asked my initial question and explained I had done some research. I asked "Sorry what" and he proceeded to repeat himself in the same tone and manner. I said that "The website is misleading then as if it says a free consultation and I personally think he's being extremely rude" and he burst out laughing and I hung up.

After contemplating for filing for my fiancé myself I went with kvisa after a friend recommended it after having success with her own immigration process. Diana was my contact at the office who we dealt with primarily. They reviewed all of our documents so clearly and caught things that we would have missed for sure.

I’m based in Michigan and this company is in California so I had my hesitation regarding this but they communicated in a timely manner. Documents were easily scanned back and forth electronically and mailed overnight if needed.

I know they tell you a longer anticipated time to not get our hopes up but getting approval news faster was always exciting! Also they’re a company that will guide you but you always have your own best interests at heart - so keep following up, keep checking because in the end it’s for you.
