So many departments are staffed with poor employees that the whole place runs badly. Management and supervisor promotions show blatant favoritism or are just plain bad decisions. The people calling the shots behind the scene try to ignore the fact that they are running a foreclosure mill. Horrible communication, policy, morale, infrastructure, and did I mention management? Completely reactive as opposed to being proactive in all business matters.
