Mr. Lindsay is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Our 16' Super Duty was everything but Super; and Mr. Lindsay was able to deal with Ford and wrap up the Lemon process in a timely manner. Our family highly recommends him if ever you need to go through the process.

I had the opportunity to work with Mike Lindsey due to a lemon that I unfortunately purchased. Mike is an extremely competent lawyer and accurately guided me throughout the entire lawsuit. Mike was always available via phone or email and did a great job of keeping me in the loop. Needless to say Mike was able to help me win a fair settlement and I would recommend his services to any family or friends who may have fallen victim to a lemon.

I was having so many issues with my vehicle that I finally had enough of dealing with the manufacturer and not getting any help in resolving my problems, that's when I found Mr Lindsey on Google. I had no idea what lemon law was until I read about it and decided to pursue that route. With all honesty, the first search result I clicked on was in fact Michael E Lindsey attorney at law. Five stars without a doubt. Not only has Mr Lindsey been professional but he also takes a few extra minutes out of his busy schedule to explain to you in detail what you don't understand. I'm extremely happy I will be able to get rid of this vehicle which I do not feel safe driving. I would love to mention the make and model of this 2015 hunk of junk but I'm not sure if I can speak about it as my case is still ongoing and will finalize next month. With the high cost of new cars, it's a real sinking feeling when you've realized that your hard earned money was spent on something that was defective from the moment you drove it off the lot. The lemon laws do not compel manufacturers to replace your car, even when it meets all the legal standards of a lemon. So they have call centers that will give you all the lip service you can put up with, with no resolution other than asking if the dealer has fixed the car. In my case I was stuck with a car that had the entire engine, cooling system, and radio replaced by the time it was six months old. I didn't buy a new car only to have it rebuilt by the dealer within the first year, but the manufacturer had washed their hands clean of it in their mind.
Mike at the Lemon Law Center was my only remedy for the situation. He briefly met with me, reviewed my repair paperwork, and explained the process of making a lemon law claim. It's nothing you could ever do on your own, but Mike made the process very convenient for me. He told me what to expect, and advised that the process can take around 90 days. So I was pleasantly surprised when he had things wrapped up in 60 days. Not only that, but he got all of my money back!
I have to say that he saved me more money than anyone else in my entire life. With the refunded money, I can now purchase a new car, and odds are that it won't be another lemon...but if it is, I know exactly who to call!

I'd been having issues with my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport within two weeks of my purchase. Over the course of 18 months, my cylinder heads were replaced 5 times. Each time, the car would drive like new, and then it was only a matter of time before my car would start vibrating, followed by the dreaded "Check Engine" light. I was constantly wondering when my problems would start again, not if they had actually been fixed.

I contacted Mike not sure how I would go about this process, but he called me less than 24 hours of submitting my information online. I immediately knew I had made the right choice, as Mike was able to talk to me about my rights as a consumer and what my next options were.

spoke to Michael today. I have to tell you that it's refreshing to find someone like him that is eager to help when you are drowning with all these issues with Marvin k brown. they are thieves and when my mom's 2015 Buick encore was defective from the get go, Micheal told me to come in and he would fix this mess where they are trying to keep $2500+ from her. I recommend him. he will figure out where your money is!
