I would love to say Tyler Pennington and his legal assistant have been with my family for years and have assisted me through the roughest and best times of my family law cases. They have been worth the money and time spent throughout my entire cases and zi wouldnt haven't changed firms for any reason. I gave one star only because there isn't an option of zero stars. Mr. Pennington is an arrogant, narcissistic little man. I would strongly advise against using this law firm. There are far better attorneys out there that actually have integrity.

Tylerr took our money and completely dropped the ball. He let the opposing lawyer write the findings which were changed horribly. This was after he put us in front of a commissioner that didn’t have anything to do with our case. . He then attempted to justify it which leads me to believe it was premeditated. Tyler is so arrogant I’m not even sure if he knows the effect he had in my family‘s lives. Hopefully a lawsuit or disciplinary action Will enlighten him. I wouldn’t trust Tyler any further than I could throw him. He’s an arrogant little man.

Tyler is awesome! I called a couple other lawyers before calling him and they all seemed like they just wanted my money and didn't really listen to my story. Tyler is professional but also keeps it real. He listens and will fight to get you!

We hired Jessica Houghtby of Pennington Law for a very complex family law case. She took over $10,000 of our money before abandoning the case, leaving us stranded with no outcome or recourse. I do not recommend Pennington Law or their associate Jessica Houghtby.

I also hired Mr. Pennington again in 2017 to represent me in yet another modification of my child support order. Mr. Pennington and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
