3.5 years after our initial visit and a $3000. payment. Did not resolve our case. She told us initially that the case should take 6 months to complete. The office did not respond to calls, emails, or mailed correspondence from my daughter or myself. Did not remember that we had met or when we had met and at what stage of the process we were at. Good thing I kept my sent emails. She did not do her job. Complete waste of time and money. I requested a refund but since it was in an email am not expecting any response.
