I agree WORST lawyer I have ever met. I used her a year ago or so and she did nothing for me. She took my money and the same answers she claims to have gotten for me I went and got myself. Please don't waste your money on this horrible agency! They are thieves, and liars she will tell you she can help but it's all lies. She did nothing for me and refused to refund my money. She said a phone call to tell me she couldn't help cost me $400 alone and I have all documentation proving this. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

She was my Attorney and do awful job. Never called back or answers e-mails. Filed my spousal support by Child Support Division, forget my part of retirement issue from my ex in the court order. I still didn't get my spousal support. At the court she was very professional told my Ex many times "you are going to jail" but that's was it. Believe sometimes she worked for him. I pay her so much money always in time. Need to do by my own many things search and inform them. I made a big complain about her by TX State bar and they told me she do professional work... I had all my papers mailed it to them... guess they can't read it... She ruined my and my daughters life... We still can't move on... Avoid her office...

I'm sorry you guys got screwed over too I guess she somehow got my reviews erased a long time ago but their were a lot of reviews complaining about her before. She is a crook and takes your money acts like she knows everyone downtown and she is going to be a judge soon but it's all a lie she just wants to take your money and run. Stay away!!!!!

One of the WORST attorney's I have been represented by!!!!!! She (Damiane Curvey Banieh) does not return clients phone calls. Shows up the day of court saying she didn't received your documents. NO COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENT WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!...If you wanted to have BAD REPRESENTATION then she's your attorney. If you want HONEST and Professional work....RUN TO SOMEONE ELSE.
