i can not say enough thanks to Linda for what she was able to do for us.
we now have what we were needing regarding our Grandson. the law says, "Grandparents don't have rights", but Linda has proven that is not always the case.

So I have never given a full five star review and for Linda I can honestly say she has 4 & 1/2 stars....she is still working on our case and it's a difficult case with the mom not wanting to bend an inch....she has stood by my son's side and is giving him a voice! I thought this was a no brainer why is it taking so long type of case and boy was I wrong... Linda just scored a mini victory for my son and went above and beyond for him....fought to push a temporary order through litterly bottom of the ninth with 2 outs already type of deal and got it pushed through when quite frankly I believe other attorneys may not have fought that hard under the justification that its temporary and not the final order....NOT LINDA....SHE HAS GONE THE EXTRA MILE THUS FAR....YES I WOULD RECOMMEND HER IN A HEARTBEAT!

First and foremost i literally chose the best lawyer out there, she helped me out when no one else would with my case and i am beyond grateful for everything Linda Stewart and her team did to win my case with child custody. I recommend her to anyone going through hard civil issues with family, i will continue to always keep her and her staff in my prayers. I will forever be grateful for everything they did for me and my family.

I would not recommend this attorney if your case is not standard. She showed up to court with no knowledge of my case (even though I had provided volumes) which resulted in lost custody of my child. She lacked professionalism and spoke to her clients as such.
