Mr. Mayo was very helpful helping my father set up a Miller Trust for my Mother. My mothers situation was very complicating and the staff was very supportive and professional.

Mr. Mayo is helping with a Miller’s Trust for my husband. He took time to explain every step I would need do and assured me that asking questions from his highly qualified staff. I would and have recommended this law firm to my relatives, friends, and neighbors.

We were greeted pleasantly by our lawyer, Mr. Mayo, and he spoke clearly and faced us when he spoke knowing we have hearing loss. He explained things clearly and we are happy we chose him to be our lawyer!

Very professional but also "caring" which is something rarely found in lawyers. I received good advice and help in setting up family trusts and a will. In addition we were able to prepare for power of attorney for some family elders. This is a race review

Years ago, I used Mr. Mayo to draft some documents my parents needed to help preserve their limited wealth as they went through the aging process and attendant expenses. He worked miracles in that effort. So when it came time for my wife and I to arrange our legal affairs we went back to this lawyer.

After a very informative consultation we had him draft 4 documents for each of us –

A Will
Financial Power of Attorney
Medical Power of Attorney
HIPAA Authorization

The process was pleasant and we were treated with courtesy and respect. Questions from us were encouraged and then answered completely in clear, easy to understand language – not legal mumbo-jumbo. A large part of this was handled by his paralegal, Sheila McClellan. She made certain that we understood each step of the process and were completely satisfied with the answers we received. She would not let any topic drop until she knew we were satisfied with the explanation. No question was too petty, and no concern went unaddressed.

My wife and I recommend this business without reservation.

My family used Mr. Mayo and his staff during a very difficult time. Not only did they treat us with the utmost care and respect, but they made it all easy to understand and were incredibly helpful. Mr. Mayo took us through every step and never once made us feel like we were doing this alone. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident in what his is doing. Kim Garcia and Cody Harris were incredibly understanding and ceaselessly helpful...and simultaneously two of the kindest people.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
