It seems that every time I call, I have to leave message. At first the one assigned to our case would return my calls 3 days later but now 1.5 years later I leave messages by phone and email but as of 1 month nothing. Our statute is 3 months away. Now what?

Have had a ongoing case since May 2016. Lawyer assigned to my case does not communicate, will not share information about case and has not even consulted with me about the settlement offered. Have left messages for the main lawyer that owns the firm and he doesn't respond either. Worse case of customer service ever!

I would recommend The Soileau Law Firm located in Pasadena any day. Leticia Moreno, the case manager, took care of me from start to finish. I got rear ended by a big SUV that did not have insurance and to my surprise Leticia figured out I had personal injury insurance. The doctors and chiropractor they recommended took away the injuries caused by the accident. I became a new man with a new strong lower back and I received a nice surprising settlement amount that I wasn’t expecting during the holidays.

My husband and I used services with Soileau Law Firm and were very please with our outcome. I will certainly use them again in the future with any further needs and highly recommend them.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. I hired this firm to handle my simple car wreck case because I didn't want to have to deal with the run-around from the insurance company. Liability was clear - I was rear-ended while sitting at a stop sign and the driver that hit me attempted to flee the scene. Despite the clear liability of this case, this firm could not manage to competently prosecute this case.

This firm has two main problems - 1) they won't communicate with the client and 2) they don't want to have to actually work. My case was in their office for a year and nine months. They never returned calls and bounced me around from one paralegal from another, none of whom seemed to know what they were doing. They abandoned my case 2 months before the statute of limitations was due to expire and left me high and dry. I got a copy of my file from them and it showed no actual work had ever been done on my case. When I finally demanded to speak to Chris Soileau personally, he didn't even know the facts of my case. Rather, he passed my case off to a revolving team of unlicensed paralegals who simply took whatever initial settlement offer the insurance company made and did nothing to advocate on my behalf. I could have done that myself and I'm sure the run-around I would have gotten from the insurance company would have been a lot less than the run-around I got from this firm.

I’ve never experienced or had an idea of how the process worked with accidents, especially 18 wheelers! The firm knew exactly what they were doing and assured me every time they were doing the best they can for me! Which turned out to be very true! Highly recommend Brenda to talk to. She was very professional and stayed on top of my case from the very beginning!

Mr. Soileau represented me in a car accident that occurred in November 2014 where I suffered a herniated disc to my neck requiring surgery. After surgery the medical bills were piling up which caused me quite a bit of stress worrying about how all of the medical bills were going to get paid. As my case was complicated and took almost 2 years to work through, Mr. Soileau and his staff were very understanding of my situation throughout the whole ordeal. They took the time to answer my questions, assist with getting the appropriate medical care and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Mr. Soileau was able to obtain a substantial settlement and negotiate my medical bills which made for an outcome that was much better than I expected. It's like you are begging them to answer your call even though they get your money for services they are supposed to provide, like keeping you informed and actually settling out your case in a reasonable amount of time. It's been over a year and we haven't finished up yet. although they have managed to push back our court date from June 6 to whenever they get around to it. I'm sorry for selecting this firm as well. I wish I had done better research. They are always busy. Do not return phone calls, I get the same response when I call,such as, their on an important phone call or their with someone right now. Every time I call. I do not recommended.

I knew few attorneys a couple years back when I needed one to represent me in a case involving an accident with my wife. Well I was introduced to Mr. Soileau one evening while I was out playing golf. He sat down and took time out his golf game and listened to my predicament I was facing. Afterwards by the way he handled everything so professionally, I hired him and his firm to represent me, Hoping we'd settle without it going to court. Needless to say we settled out of court within a year and I was well satisfied with the settlement. Thanks again to The Soileau law firm. I'd recommend them to anyone needing a great down to earth attorney, whom has a family and wants to know you personally. I felt it wasn't about the money he was making but the concern for me and my son's lost.
