I'm on hold for 10 minutes for a simple quote while the automated voice saying "We are looking forward to speaking with you ". I guess not so much.... I mean you can take my phone number and call back , right? Do you even want my business?

Spoke to his Secretary and didnt even make an effort to try and find answers for me,, she didnt even transfer me to legal counsel,, i would not recommend this law firm

I hired this law firm for a speeding ticket cited in pasadena, tx. The lawyer couldn't dimiss it. My husband has no record on him. What i didn't like was that i thought they had dismiss it since i nevered heard from them after the renewal court date. Just to be sured i called weeks later. They lied saying they barely had received the paperwork barely that day i called. Coincidence much I don't think so. They should at least called the client right away. I asked the receptionist the reason for not being dismiss she answered bother ; "I don't know ma'am, I'm just telling you what says here, you have to pay the court $150 for it to not be on his record." For the record the ticket was $185 I pay them $80 plus the court so I ended up spending more for nothing. My advice just pay court the fine, you can file for deffer disposition (off your record) on your own if you have all the qualifying documents and by paying a 20$ fee.

Today Mr. Reyes did exactly what he said he was gonna do and I am completely satisfied with the outcome! Thank you so very much for your help..I can now sleep at night without the stress!!
