The attorney was very responsive at first then never followed through with the case. I called several times to get in contact with her, emailed her as well but never heard back. I paid my retainer and I was still billed for extra hours even though I haven't heard back from them or done anything else. I ended up hiring another law firm and I had a more positive experience.
