The on-boarding questionnaire was thorough and helped to define my needs but my initial consultation with Kevin was also great and very thorough. He carefully listened to my needs, explained his recommended approach clearly and concisely, and then drew up the documents in a super timely way. From beginning to end it was a great experience.
