This law firm Lord they don't up date u on nothing u have to call them to fine out what's going on with your case... I'm not happy at all

It been 1 year since they started on my case they lie toomuch never not once they have call me for updates on my case i am ready to go put a complain to the state bar of texas this people play toomuch

Honestly, I was very impressed with the way my case was handled despite the negative reviews. Very friendly and attentive staff. My children and myself were injured in an accident and they made sure all of us got taken care of and that we got to every appointment necessary. Also, thanks to doctor Gensen I am feeling much better as well. I was very impressed and will be referring my friends and family to this law firm.

Worst experience ever. Rachel was so unprofessional, and unethical. I am definitely calling the State Bar of Texas.

Decidí cambiarme de abogado y wouuu mi sorpresa en 1 mes ya me estaban dando dinero de mi carro perdido en la otra firma claro. Cuando decidi cambiar Rachel poco profesional me amenazo por teléfono diciendo que si me cambiaba de abogado pagaría las consecuencias que me lo pensara mejor jaja ella siendo simple asistente decía que ella era mejor que un abogado.los denuncie con la ciudad y los metí a juicio porque querían el 100% de mi dinero del accidente. Gané gracias a Dios no se les dio lo que querían pero si le dieron 1000 dólares que se los apreveche porque nunca solucionaron nada. Jamás los voy a recomendar a nadie. Aparte de que me obligaron a ir con ellos por que nunca tuve accidente antes y no sabia nada de cuestión legal me obligaron a firmar y me contactaron ellos a mi y no sabia que esto era ilegal.son personas demasiado abusivas y tramposas.

I have been a client for over 23 years that alone says it all. I referred my family and friends to him also. Yes his clients has picked up quite a bit over the years and he doesn't have as much one on one time as some of you would like you must put your yourself in the next clients shoes and understand your not his only client. When it's time for him to negotiate you're case don't you want his full attention on getting you the best settlement he can get you. Be patient he won't let you down. I do miss the old stuff when he was downtown with his father . As for myself i trust him and the process. Thanks Max

**HONEST REVIEW FROM A REAL CUSTOMER** Please save yourself the time, frustration, and aggravation. This office lacks customer service. The unprofessionalism is quite unbelievable. The office staff is very insensitive. Rachael is rude. Kay is always out sick and will argue with you as if you are in a debate class. For some weird reason the owner Max is never there and is always unavailable to speak to. When you have an issue they will give you excuse, after excuse, and will never take accountability for their mistakes. They don’t follow up with you in regards to your case. You will constantly have to call them for an update. There are way too many lawyer offices in Houston that will give you the customer service you deserve. Please don’t settle! I would like to be optimistic and think my bad experience was all a misunderstanding but unfortunately I will NOT be a returning customer to find out.

PLEASE READ. I NEED YOUR HELP. Please read and pay close attention to the reviews. You will be very pleased the first couple of months and then you will notice that he is never in his office and he will not return your calls. I've only seen my lawyer one time since April 2018 . I've asked his assistant several times that I would like to speak with him and they told me that she wasn't sure when he'll be in. HE NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS!! After being release from my contract he put a attorney's lien on me without my permission so I cannot settle this claim without him. Please people, if you do not see him the week you signed your contract please release yourself from the contract asap! They tell me that they've been trying to reach me but I have not set up my voicemail.....but you have my email. Also, his office burned down May of 2018 and has not been rebuilt so where is everyone meeting this lawyer? Please let me know so I can talk to him for the second time. Thanks

He has helped me significantly, and I already am referring him to everyone I know. I couldn't ask for a more sincere person to fight for me. I came in as a stranger, and I'm leaving as a friend. His staff is very friendly and helpful with any inquiries I have.

Worse experience ever Rachelle is overly aggressive, Rude to Clients. Cases are not settled or as Rachelle says "Not that Important!!"! Very unprofessional Business/Staff They want interest in all cases even when you ask them months in advance to be released from the file.....we are still waiting!!! I'm contacting. The absolute worse law firm and associates. It’s been over a year and no settlement not to mention the paralegal that worked my case was terrible: Pam. Talks about her personal business instead of your case. She’s been let go but the service has not improved. Cannot get anyone on the phone and no help when I showed up in person. Really regretting going through this firm and will not recommend.

This has been the worst experience ever! They don't keep you informed on your case. They are very rude. The Attorney or his wife Kim are never available to talk to clients. I had a accident over a year ago now and still no settlement and still dealing with the rude staff. I will NOT EVER USE THIS ATTORNEY OR REFER HIM TO ANYONE! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL ITS JUST RIDICULOUS!

The worse attorney and especially the paralegal that I have ever had to work with. I worked with Pam, and half of he time she wanted to discuss her personal business, and less on my case. Her or the attorney took time to deal with my case Lorena, another paralegal was supposed to take over the case, but never heard anything back. The car ended up getting repossessed and I was sent to PT, but was stuck with a $3000 + bill. This whole experience with this attorney and his staff was horrible and I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to this place. My advice to anyone going through this attorney office, try Jim Adler instead. I have to mark one star, but they don't deserve that. I only have to because I can't close out without it.
