Ross and Mathews referred Jean Tausk for a lawsuit for $4593.59 from TX. Power plumbing. Six days before response date. At the first meeting we consulted to settle the case as it is not cost effective. He kept insisting that the lawsuit is in personal name and will be dismissed easily. We insisted and consulted to settle the case as it is not cost effective.
He dismissed the case, however before he left the court another lawsuit was handed to him in the corporation name. six days before response date, 2 am he sends an email demanding more money to defend the 2nd lawsuit. We asked him why he didn’t settle and that’s what we consulted and agreed. He didn’t have an answer and put us in a hole foe $20,915.48. he demanded more money to defend the 2nd lawsuit.
He is a total liar and an embisil, works only for him pocket book. There is no consideration for his customer and cannot be trusted. He needs to pay us $20,915.48 for putting us in a hole. Another independent lawyer settles the case for a total of $500.00. He said do the math and we should never be in this pickle.
