Bill was so convoluted even the attorney couldn’t explain every item. The mesh claims were a joke and yet i have two sites and received such a small amout. The lawyers were the winners I would have handled this differently Examine your bills carefully

Mostyn Law is a joke, they hussle you til they get you and in return you get nothing, never do a class action lawsuit with Mostyn law. Shame on all of them. They get millions you get nothing.

I have never had to use an injury lawyer before. Never again will I join a class action suit...no one really cares about your pain and suffering or they would take a flat rate! I received my settlement offer and they are taking 84% of my total. 84% really...I am dealing with the pain while they are "living the dream" seems so unjust! Super sad and so glad I haven't signed my hernia mesh to them...once is enough for me. Must say the staff is very nice...never spoke to an Attorney just the case worker

This law firm has been the worst! Its been 7 years and now im fighting to get the correct paperwork so i can find out what they are offering...they dont do anything but give you the run around and are no help at all! I have to do all the calling that they are getting paid for so why am i doing your job! Cant wait till this is over! Absolutely the worst place ive ever seen!!!

I would DEFINITELY RECOMMENDTHIS ATTORNEY . Today I spoke to Mr.Jesse Garza and he gave me advise for an accident case I have which I'm not at fault. He took time to explain how it works even if they don't do property damage and etc. What an honest guy .

Worst lawyer firm out there did not want to help my son dakota marsh with find a doctor for gynecomastia my son after he went to at least 3 doctors and he told the lawyers that the doctors won't test him at all they kept theating him .they even told him in paperwork they would help find one but lied to my son. They are just not a good lawyers office probably the worst out there in the world all they do is lie also don't go with this lawyer office they are no good don't belive in what they say at all I think they need to be shut down for taking advantage of my disabled son

Its taken (6) years and the Deadline was in November 2018 for its Settlement Offer. Now we are told that Defense Counsel has until the end of the Year to send Closing Statements in which the 3rd Party (AS) has all the funding and accruing interest. Closing statements for a batch of 1,160 people does not take this long. Having a legal background and knowing how the process works this is simply ludicrous and unnecessary. Everyone must contact the Court, AG's Office, and State Bar of TEXAS and file a Complaint-- since Mostyn continues to give conflicting stories about its process and (AS) has no clue or concern. The Attorney's Job is to keep in communication with your clients; not the other way around. I am disappointed with this Firm and it is apparent that they've neglected to settle these cases in a timely manner due to Greed. Summer is approaching and most Attorney's are on leave in Texas while their Summer Recruiting Program begins. Waiting until the Fall 2019; is grossly inexcusable. You FAILED us all Mostyn even in your negotiations. Greed is Gross!!!

So far with the vaginal mesh civil lawsuit yes it has been a long process for atleasat 5 and a half years. But I will definitely give a shout out to Valerie with Mostyn she has been amazing at explaining everything to me I finally got my first part of my settlement in March and now waiting on getting the hold back Medical lien check which should be coming soon. Thanks Valerie for being so understanding through this. ❤️

Every time I called they never could tell me anything,then on my settlement I was hit with a almost 1000 dollar expense that I never was never told about when I chose them to represent me in my case.

This firm is fraudulent, Mesh lawsuit recipients are told they have bogus leins and are making them settle for pennies around $20,000 out of $150,000 settlement, they are gaining interest on these fraud charges. all affected buy these crooks needs to put in a complaint with the Bar Association and have them investigated for illegally with holding money...My Mother is one of the recipients and out of $150,000 they only want to give here $21,000 with holding $50,000 for a non exisiting Medicare lien that does not exsist...Please all women that went thru this firm contact the bar and put your complaint in....!!!! Mike Burns is one of the Crooked lawyers in this case, will not return phone calls to my mom or her Attorney!!!

The Mostyn Law Firm were hired to represent a nonprofit home for children with disablities during a storm. Administrators of the home were fighting with the Big Insurance Companies who could have cared less as to the living conditions for these children. The Law Firm took quick actions to restore the home for these children. Mr Mostyn had such a big heart that he contributed a substantial donation. In addition, he also contributed his personal time visiting and getting to know these children. He made sure that the children would be financial sound for years to come. There are angels that watch over children with special needs and Mr Mostyn and his law firm were these childrens graduate angels during difficult times.

Money hungry for barely representing mesh patients. You should be ashamed. Taking 40 % of their pain and suffering.

This is one of those law firms that goes door to door, like an ambulance chaser, looking for made up lawsuits of any kind. They will rob you of any money you hope to gain from a suit so all you will have gained is a lot more stress and aggravation. They give you the run around and charge you for every copy, fax, email, phone call, postage, etc until they use every dime you have left. Plus they have falsely accused the company you are suing of wrongful doing which in turn could cause you to never become insured by another insurance company again whether the insurance is for your house, person or vehicle. And if you can not get insurance for your house or vehicle, you can't ever buy or own a house or vehicle ever. However, you have no idea they are doing this to you because they have convinced you that suing is the way to go and you have been the victim. Horrible law firm, unethical law firm. Beware, they like to make their rounds on the Texas border towns.
