It took Potts and The Settlement Alliance from 2012, when both of my accidents occurred, all the way until December 2018 to tell me that they only decided to bring one of my accidents to me Court, BECAUSE POTTS FORGOT THAT I HAD A SECOND CASE THAT NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED THAT WAS A TOTAL LOSS, AND POTTS LAW FIRM AND THE SETTLEMENT ALLIANCE FAILED TO PROPERLY SUBMIT AND RESOLVE MY CASE THAT I SUBMITTED HIPPA-PROTECTED MEDICAL INFORMATION AND I, PERSONALLY BUILT THIS SECOND CASE FOR DARREN POCHE...FOR TH TO TELL ME THAT THEY BOTH ACCENTALLY FORGOT TO WORK THE GM SETTLEMENT CLASS ACTION FOR 2005 CHEVROLET MALIBU.

I have to admit that it was a long process, but these guys got me the money in the end. My house got damaged by the hail storm a few years ago and I was struggling to get my insurance to cover for the damage. The insurance company (liberty mutual) refused to pay for the damage. (By the way, do not ever go with liberty mutual, unless you don't want to get paid.) I spent a few years with Potts Law Firm -- yes, the struggle was real, but they finally were able to get me some money for the damage after about 2 years.

Cody Linn turned an otherwise bad experience with a non-insured driver into a very positive outcome. His professionalism and good nature made it easy to work with him. Most importantly, his expertise and years of experience resulted in an outcome that was more than I could expect for my specific case. I've referred my own family to him and wouldn't hesitate to do so once again for friends and family alike.
