I recently went to court for enforcement of payments and the courts pretty much gave him an attny and sent me on my way. No collection, not a slap on the hand or anything. 40k in arrers owed to my kids and the courts did nothing. I contacted an attny for myself and they wanted to charge me over 400$ to give me advice smh...i looked into it and found CSS. If i could give more stars i would. In Less than 2 wks they got my kids their support payments. Direct deposit is available and payments are posted the next day. Im am so thankful for this service!! Everything played out just like they said and when i needed to contact them they were available everytime. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 1000X lol THANK YOU!!!!

If I could give the no staars I would. They keep stating that my son's dad gets paid cash when I clearly know he does not! I asked them on Facebook if they accepted my case if mom custodial parent lives in another state and they said yes. I then asked how long would it take to receive a payment from them since the Attorney General has been unable to locate him since moving out of state they replied by saying they would find him in 1 day. I have yet to receive a payment but one when he finally decided to send in $2200 and after CSS getting their cut I only received $1,500. Now that I am wanting an update I am getting a reply by Sharon that they do not have a case by my name. This is a single struggling mother to another, do not sign a contract by them! They are no help. I opened a case with them since June 2017 and have yet to receive a payment but 1.

I fought with Attorney General for years to get help to even get an order of support then more years even getting a payment.
