These folks are beyond annoying... One of several firms exploiting veterans to fill their pockets over this earplug thing. Why did I say "exploiting", well - they dont care about you, but they like the money they may get paid from a settlement. I've recieved no less than 4 texts from them AFTER I have asked to stop the process. "A" for persistence, gotta get them before a different firm gets them. This is not pokemon, leave me alone.

Im a Veteran with tinnitus, from improper earplugs issued to me. When I called to try and get more information, the person on the phone rudely hung up on me and I would like to know why..? Until She apologizes, I will rate this place with a 1 ⭐️.

It's an okay firm for the most part, I just wish they communicated with me more often about my case. But when they do it's been very informative and they have patience with you when asking questions. Just need them to show me the money!!!

Wow...what a terrible Law Firm. They offered to represent me as I am a disabled veteran in the law suit against 3M for the defective combat ear plugs. After several months I was told a couple days before the deadline that they couldn't represent me. Then I call back to ask why and they say there must have been a mistake because they are still representing me. So I think all is well. Call back after the deadline and they say they aren't representing me. A colossal waste of time.

Oh and I'm sure they will write some sort of rebuttal but these are the facts no matter how they may decide to church it up.

Only use this law firm if you want to be harassed. I contacted them for an inquiry and spoke to someone almost immediately for next steps and everything was fine. The next day however, they called me 7 TIMES in the span of 4 hours. When i asked them to not call me every half hour, the guy i spoke to was super rude and still kept calling. I had to block their number and seek counsel somewhere else.

Update: the day after i posted this review, they called me from a blocked caller ID. They apologized and after i thanked them for their apology, the guy i talked to said “ok can you take down your bad google review of us now?” I was absolutely appalled

I never expected to receive anything. But Pulaski law firm did a fantastic job at winning the class action. They did all the leg work involved. I am very pleased with the results. Excellent work of the attorneys at this law firm that were involved.

Been waiting a week for a call back.

It’s been over a year since they supposedly filed a law suit on my behalf and I have heard NOTHING. I’ve called a few times and they never call back. Sucks big time because since I used them I can’t use anyone else. My one chance at holding a medical company accountable is blown.

Well I called today, and the female answered. "Law Firm" I had to ask her for the name of the attorney.

I don't think I want to deal with unprofessional people. If I know different I will change my reviews. Thank you

My mother has been trying to get information about her case for the last two years now and they been giving her the run around telling her that someone will call her in a couple days to give her Information about the case. 2 years later still no information or phone call time to move on to another law firm

This is the most disorganized, unprofessional and disappointing law firm I have ever came in contact with. They were initially quick and responsive to get you to fill out the intake forms and sign the agreement for their representation. However, since that time. 33 days now, I have not received a single call back. I call daily, only to be told that no intake specialists are available and they will put an URGENT request in to have someone call me back. Not one returned phone call.

First, it was to follow up with my prospective case. Then it turned to me requesting a letter of disengagement in order to seek counsel elsewhere.

STILL NO RESPONSE.

So. I still sit here on day 33 waiting for a call so that I can go to another office. Not only did they not do anything for me, they are now hindering my ability to get a proficient law firm for representation.

This firm is a scam. Once you let them represent you you are screwed. They all lie and will not return your calls and you will never talk to an attorney. The rudest and most untrained staff I have ever dealt. I'm stuck with a scamming and compulsive liar firm .Please if you feel you have a case stay away from Pulaski Law Firm. Just read their reviews. If I could give them a lower rating I certainly would.

I was led by their commercial to believe that when a potential client called that they spoke to an attorney without any pre-screening. Not only was I screened and rejected by their non-attorney person who answered the phone, she just hung up when I referred to the commercial and asked to speak with a lawyer.
If I could give a lower rating, I would.

Pulaski has been targeting me with the Audi TDI recall, and I have contacted them over 4x in the last week. Not one return phone call or email. Each time I talks with someone they say, "someone will call you most likely right away- 24 hours at the outside".
Well, now it's been days and days...Does anyone else know of a law firm who is handling this Diesel thing?
