Very unprofessional staff! After 36 therapies, 2 MRIs and visits to the doctors, they dropped my case telling me that the store were i felled did not have records of the accident. Really??? What about requesting a video of the day and time when it happened. Someone is not doing their job. I am waiting for the release papers so another lawyer can handle my case.

If I only could give a no star. I was hit by a 18 wheeler went to all the doc appointments. Doctor try to get ahold of them and can never do so I try to get ahold of them leave voicemails and talk to receptionist to leave a message never ever call me back I'm left to know what's going on it's been a year now never use these people ever.

The worst experience , I ve ever had . If you have amber mancillas as your case manager you are screwed just to let you know ! First of all you will have to do their job for your self. No urgency or work what’s soever . They will send you to a chiropractor. I had to call the insurance companies, the other drive... collect information. And when you call your case manager she will never answer her phone, and when’s he does you ask her did you receive the documents that I sent you aka «  did your job » se will be like let me check and keep in mind the documents were sent a week ago. It’s just not worth it. Horrible experience

Attorney (hired through LegalZoom) would not return phone calls or e-mails. This has caused me legal problems that should not have happened.

Lack of communication, No urgency, Feel like I am on my own at this point. These are some of the things I am experiencing and feeling, since I always have to chase down the Legal Assistant out of Dallas, TX to simply ask for some updates over my case. I feel I have been very patient, this case is dragging out way longer than expected, and the medical bills just keep hitting my door. Wish I could give a negative star! My girlfriend is dealing with the Dallas office for a personal injury case. The absolute worst lawyers I've ever seen in my life! Don't answer phone calls, text, or emails. I'm starting to wonder if they are really even a legit company at all. I do not recommend this company at all!

I must say it was rocky in the beginning and at first I had to call numerous times to find out about my case. Overall I am satisfied with the service provided by this firm; particularly with the demand/negotiation stage of my case. Once my case was assigned to Sheri Hodges, I felt that the case was moving in the right direction. She keep me informed on a weekly basis on the progress of the case and personally ensured that my check was issued. Sheri is the reason why I would recommend this firm. The area that I feel needs improvement is the pre-packaging and packaging stage. After I was released from care in July 2015 and submitted all the billing documents, I had to constantly request updates. Based on my initial consultation, this stage of the case should have taken approximately two months; this stage actually took approximately 6 months (July 2015 to January 2016) with very limited communication.
