I would never recommend to this attorney, not only in my experience also the experience of many which you can check the previous reviews, this guy is rude, impolite and unprofessional. If you really want to have a nightmare experience definitely hire him. Otherwise, run away from him as far as you can. Remember there is Texas bar in order to leave any complains about his unprofessional work and also to supervise his job.

Horrible people skills. Talked to me as if I was a dummy. Constantly talked over me. Would not let me explain things. When I asked him to please not talk down to me, he asked me to leave his office. I definitely would not recommend even calling his number.

I appreciate all the hard work and effort there was provided If not the best One of the best in his field.

Working with Aguinaga’s attorney was a very pleasant experience. My husband and I were in a very bad financial situation, we thought we will be losing our home, but Mr. Aguinaga guide us through the bankruptcy process and we were able not only to keep our home, but to recover financially.

This lawyer is unprofessional.. He is rude and condescending. He talked over me and talked down to me. When I said something about it, he threw me out of his office.

I spent 10 minutes in this gentleman‘s office and have never felt more disrespected and degraded. After taking my appointment for a free consultation he told me he would charge me $350 to even speak one additional word to me and would not explain why. He continued to over talk me and not answer a single question. I have been a paralegal for 12 years in a different area of law, and have never experienced this sort of treatment. Please do not make an appointment here or you will leave close to tears. Anytime someone is consulting with a an attorney it is usually for a very delicate matter. He has no character or class. Passive aggressive and demeaning. Read the additional reviews below. There is consensus of the same treatment.
