I had a Consultation back in 2011. I was very impressed on how his office staff would ask me a few questions then the office staff would consult with the Atty and call me back.
I was very impressed with my communication and my consultation. It's very hard to find a good Atty.that represents the "employee".

Terrible staff, including the lawyer. Condescending and haughty over the phone and in correspondence. Completely unhelpful. And I was even referred to Ian by a mutual friend. Don't waste your time contacting them. Find another lawyer with a better conscience.

We were in and out in less than an hour and that was with a full table. The food was great! A but pricey for the portions.

Do not recommend. He will take your money. Does not present all your options. Clearly does what's best for him. Terrible staff, does not return calls. He is very arrogant once he has your money. You can resolve many employment cases yourself these days. If you need an attorney keep looking don't use Ian Scharfman.
