Ms. Visnoski was very helpful and a straight shooter when it came to answering our questions. While she didn't take our case just yet, she was very generous enough to talk to us for about an hour without a fee and gave us a detailed game plan going forward.

My wife and I attempted twice to secure her disability claim. Both times denied. My wife was/is wheelchair bound for all practical reasons, however the circumstances were convoluted due to an uncommon disease, with symptoms scattered over many years and many doctors. If you are searching for an attorney who is honest and upfront about your claim, see Ms. Visnoski. I made the mistake of first contacting an attorney I saw advertising on TV for my disability claim. I was a client for several months and was unable to talk to an attorney until 24 hours prior to my hearing. You are not even "assigned" an attorney until you have a court date set. I was provided with little to no information regarding my claim and met my attorney ten minutes before going into the judge's chamber.
When calling Ms. Visnoski's office, I was given an appointment within ten days and was able to meet directly with Ms. Visnoski. She gave me some basics about SS Disability and also gave me information and insight into my personal claim. She understood every nuance of my situation and was willing to help me as best she could. Do not waste your time with attorneys who give you false hope and bad advice. Call and meet with Visnoski before you file a claim if you want an attorney who is interested and invests her time into you and your claim.

I was surprised when I went for my hearing with the Judge handling my claim, there were people that had never met their lawyers until they had their hearing. I absolutely cannot believe the service that Ms. Visnoski provided to me. She spent considerable time reviewing all of my disability records and then advised me that most likely I will not need her legal representation because I should be able to file with Social Security myself. She said that only if I should run into to problems with them, I might come back to her for help, but she felt like my case will be approved by Social Security with no issues. Even after all the time she spent with me and all the advice and "procedural explanations that she offered, she called my visit with her a "FREE" consultation.
