Typical lying lawyer. She doesn't even deserve a star in my book. Promised the world, received nothing but problems with Marcia Zimmerman and her staff. Doesn't respond to calls or emails EVER. I didn't even call much. My ex wife was keeping the children against the court orders and Marcia Zimmerman did nothing but add to the frustration. I has to get the county constable to get my children?!! She allowed my wife to break the rules over and over again without any repercussions. I was the only one in my family had been through a divorce before, so this was all new to me. Things had gotten so bad that I had to hire a different attorney (and of course Marcia kept every last dollar I pre paid her). I didn't need anyone at my beckoning call, just an attorney that actually cares about you. Sub par service isn't even close what I received. If you really want an attorney that cares, do your research and stay away from this lady. It's so scary to think what might have happened if Marcia Zimmerman was my acting attorney. I now have full custody of my children now. Again, something that would have never happened with Marcia. Watch out.

I was burned by this law firm. Marcia only cares about money and herself. It’s too late for me bc she took my money and withdrew counsel and since she’s well known in the Galveston courts they allowed it. Don’t waste ur time or money. Heartless group.

Marcia, Lindsay and their staff are amazing!! They got the job done in a short amount of time considering I waited till the last minute to get things started. Thanks again for helping me and my son!!

I had to use this firm (specifically Lindsay Lutterbie ) in order to get a divorce after 22 years of marriage. I have never been divorced or listened to other peoples stories. I was very unprepared for the experience.
The most important thing they did to help me was to save me from myself. I wanted to be nice to my ex. They convinced me to protect myself. To treat this divorce as a business transaction minus the emotions and sentiment. I was encouraged to change the locks on the house that I was granted thru mediation, and finally the court.
I learned my ex had intended to go through the house and wipe me out while I was at work. She would have if I hadn't changed those locks.
They helped protect my hard earned assets.
Help me arrive at a fair comprimise without "giving away the farm. "
The ex had tried to get down and dirty and I believe Lindsay put the brakes on that.
I have no complaints.
They were a great team to work with in a time when I needed experience on my side.
