My attorney with a different law firm settled in a 5 minute phone call what's Patel & Gaines claimed to have spent 19+ hours (billed) on with no resolution.
I feel scammed by them.
What took these guys over 19 hours to deliver no results, another firm resolved in a single phone call.
Maybe if they gave me my money back for failure to deliver results I would not be leaving a negative review. As a business owner I extended the courtesy and option to resolve my billing frustration.
