My case was a slip and fall injury case . I called serval major law firms that state they do injury cases and non of them would take my case . Stating that slip and fall case are difficult to prove and beat.

Happy to say we settled and were able to come to an agreement that I was comfortable with. He has enough knowledge and passion . This is my first ever 1-Star review. We were looking to hire Forrest for a case evolving real estate. He mentioned it was not a simple case and he only got paid $85 dollars through Hyatt Legal to write a letter on this case. He was not interested with the code violation that protected endanger species. We had a meeting set at 9am PST and 11am CST. SET A WEEK BEFORE. We tried to reach him first and he was not in the office, he then called us 20 minutes late. He wasted a week of our time and we hope who ever reads this, make sure to call multi people and have them compete for the business.

I am very happy with the service at Welmaker Law. Mr Welmaker is an extremely knowledgeable and understanding lawyer.
I recommend Forest Welmaker to anybody fighting a personal injury case.

Mr. Welmaker is the most self centered uncaring and lazy lawyer I have EVER met. An accident that left me permanently disabled for life and he couldn't list 1 medical issue wrong with me after over 2 years. Cursed and used profanity towards me at every meeting and phone call. Wanted to drop the case down over $200,000 just so he didn't have to go to federal court. Needless to say he no longer handles my case.

Don't waste your time on a poor excuse of a lawyer much less an insensitive, selfish, inconsiderate, and uninterested person.

He's worse than the stereotypes lawyers receive. Wish I could have left a negative rating.

I went into Mr. Welmaker law firm to discuss a slip and fall claim. He listen to my concerns. He or his paralegals did not try to pressure me into taking a settlement I was not happy with. I could have taken my case to court but decided not to. Whatever decision you make he will work for you. I am happy with my results and it took less than a year to make it happen. Also the medical provider and staff that assist in helping me recover was great. When talking to them it was always pleasant and I never felt like they were not listening.
