I had the worst experience with this firm. My lawyer was Chase Butler. He asked her a $1500 retainer to work my case and my money was used to just push paper. I do not recommend him to anyone. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I was told in a whole year they could not find my daughters father to serve him with papers but it took 2 weeks for my father and I to find him. Does that make sense to anyone? NO IT DOES!!!! He refuses to make it right. At the point, the only thing that could make it right is to give me a full refund so I can hire another lawyer that is competent enough to get this done.

I cannot begin to thank Frank and all that work at the firm for the absolutely stunning representation that they did for me. Being that it was my children on the line Frank and his team went right to work to ensure that every single one of my needs and demands were on the table and boy did they deliver! They made what is in most cases and absolutely horrifying experience a rather manageable and not so downtrodden one. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough should anyone else have to go through any situation this difficult that requires he and his firms services, but I wanted the best and the absolute best is what I got! thank you very much and you will be forever my first recommendation to anyone else needing the absolute best representation in these matters.

Personal and professional. I didn't have to worry because no matter what obstacle was presented, Mr. Butler and his team handled it. I felt like the whole office was looking out for me. Their attention to my case took the weight of my shoulders during a very stressful time. EXCELLENT

I hired Frank Gonzales in good faith with the impression that I would be able to make payments since he knew I could not afford a lump sum amount. He did agree to take my case with all of its entirety being an ongoing case for 2 years. When Discovery had been served he all of sudden had major doubts about the case making me question whether or not he is capable of winning the case or whether or not I should continue to pay him. He then demanded I pay the remainder of the balance up front or else he was going to withdraw from my case. I just want to say that this whole experience has been very misleading & I paid 2 grand that had been spent without a single day in court. I would not invest in someone who isn’t confident in succeeding. The object is to defend the client not penalize a client. His assistant was helpful at first but very unclear about what was expected. They also did not assist me or advise me on what to include in entire discovery. I feel like this experience, being my first, should have been a little more guided & assisted. I cannot say you can trust their word on what to expect when considering hiring. I would not trust them. Go with someone else from the firm or someone else entirely. I don’t have enough time left in my case or money to hire another attorney & they have abruptly decided to withdraw. A complete waste of investment. They don’t care about my case or that it’s about my child, they just want their money. It deeply pains me having to write this review with much disappointment being let down after I put all of my trust & faith in these people. With them lacking consideration of all of the stress I’m going through & having a baby in just 3 days then abandoning my case just a couple of weeks before trial I am now under extreme distress & out the only disposable chunk of money that I had. Very disappointed.

Had a possession charge /indicted as a repeater,was S.T.R.E.S.S.I.NG, I went and saw Neil calfa told him my issue,I was not even aware my court appointed lawyer was doing a deal on a 3 yr t.d.c without my knowledge.calfas law took care of me ended up w/ probation (90) days rehab,Thx CalfasLaw!!

I was very disappointed in the way Chase wasn’t interested in our case. Just wanted money. Wouldn’t hire him again. The secretary was rude in demanding money and telling me the procedure of a jury trial cost more and in the end wasn’t a jury trial and he didn’t use all our witnesses...js! Very disappointed.
