My 3yr. Old daughter suffered a horrific third degree burn at an upscale retail store from lights placed on the floor. The sales assistant did not allow me to use ice for first aid due to the no food in store policy. I was not allowed to go behind the counters for water etc. the only saving grace throughout this tragedy was our attorney, Rudy Vasquez. He quickly got ALL of our immediate medical expenses covered, as well as follow up procedures. More importantly, he was able to permanently remove all hazards from lights in the stores, and we received an apology from the chain.
