If I could give it a zero I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
Long story short my husband paid about a year ago to have traffic tickets taken care of and we are still dealing with it. Matter of fact hes out of work now because of all the delays and outstanding tickets. You call and call and no one returns your call back. I've had to call courts myself to get info and status update because the office wouldn't.
One day I called to speak to the paralegal Katherine and she answered and pretended to be someone else by the name of Nicole!!! No one works there by the name of Nicole...The audacity and I mean how embarrassing it was clearly her and to have to pretend she's someone else to avoid the confrontation ...

I am an office manager myself, and honestly the run around I am given is completely unacceptable and I would never represent a company in this manner. Constant excuses.. never ending reasons why something hasn't been taken care of.

Wish me luck just called still nothing.

Raymond helped us with an adoption case. Very reasonable prices. He handled our case super fast, but that came several months after trying to get an update over the phone. After about 5 months of leaving messages with his receptionist and never getting a return call, my wife and I showed up in person and demanded to speak to Raymond. I informed him of how upset we were of not getting the case handled in the short time frame he said he could. We asked that he get it taken care of ASAP or that we get a refund so that we may take it business elsewhere. Within 5 days Mr. Vale had our paperwork submitted to the judge and everything was signed and sealed. We are very satisfied with Mr. Vale's work (we suspect his front desk secretary was the problem between communications). We have referred him to other family and friends for family law issues.

Zero stars for Vale Law firm. I had a horrible experience. They took way to long. i Had to send them my information way to many times. No contact with the staff besides secretary, only to finally get a hold of them after myself having to get aggressive on the phone. Nothing but excuses that have nothing to do with our point business. I'm writing this review because of my dissatisfaction with length of time, issues and a refund i never received. By the way he was only handling tickets that i ended up clearing myself.

I have used this law firm for business matters and every time Raymond and Catherine have done outstanding jobs. Most people don't realize how much time and effort goes into their work and expect daily phone calls for updates. I have always left it in their hands to do the job expected and followed up at a later time. Without fail they provide great results. Thank you to you both for all of your hard work!

Ray was recommended to me by one of the largest most prominent law firms in San Antonio as one of the best lower priced attorneys in SA. They stated he was well respected in the Court, and I found that to be true!.
It's TRUE he is very busy bc they have a small staff, so you have to keep up with things too- it's not just his responsibility to solve your legal issues. His staff was friendly and professional, and yes very busy too.
One of the things I liked the best about Ray was that he was very practical, didnt get caught up in all of the emotions involved in disputes by either side- he just recommended that we follow the law and keep it simple. He also gave me lots of great personal advice along the way.
He stated that:
"It's not that the other party is lying- it's just their perception of the truth. Same as you."
"After a divorce you should wait a minimum of 2 years before you date so you have time to heal and reflect and fix yourself first. And also that children need at least 2 years before you introduce someone else into their lives so they have time to process things too."
"Trying to prove and show evidence of all the minutiae is pointless, emotionally exhausting and just continues a destructive cycle going that keeps both parties from being able to heal and/ or provide a healing environment for their kids. In the end you just need to go back to what the law says."

Raymond J Vale the best lawyer in San Antonio he helped with two cases an assault on a security guard and a burglary to a building and got me off on deferred probation. I recommend him to anyone he will get the job done! He's reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and a friend. Go ahead and make him your lawyer. I didn't see a day in prison and I thank God for him seriously. Hes good man.

Mr. Vale and his staff were helpful, informative and handled my child custody case like pros! Their prices are fair with very satisfying results. I would most certainly recommend their services for others in the future.

The worst attorney that I have ever dealt with. I had to get another attorney because of his shoddy work and lack of interest in my case. When you first meet him and his paralegal they talk a good talk but that's it. His paralegal never returns call. Ever. A whole week will pass by and she will not call you. Then Raymond will flat out lie to your face. He told me he had filed certain things with the court but when I checked with them he hadn't. He stole my money and will steal yours too! You've been warned. Jonathan who gave him 5 stars on these reviews but didn't write a comment is his employee. ZERO STARS FOR AN INCOMPETENT ATTORNEY.

My experience with this firm was nothing but positive. Mr. Vale was very professional and patient. Since most of the legal jargon is Greek to me, he took time in explaining certain issues with my case that were not always clear to me, and he never patronizing or condescending about it (something that I, unfortunately, endured with my previous attorney). Mr. Vale's staff members were very helpful as well. Professional, hardworking and all around pleasant employees, who you can tell are dedicated to their work - especially Ms. Katherine. Seriously, I could not have asked for a better experience.
