It's been well over a year since my car accident and I was referred to Rick Sunner by a friend whom was also in the wreck. I met Rick one time and it was when I was getting my settlement, he was walking through and shaked my hand. That's about as professional as it got with this company. My mother(had to get her involved because I could never get ahold of lawyers and I was worried) and I were very annoyed at the fact that our questions were NOT answered and were always told that the lawyer wasn't in the office and that the people on the phone had no idea when they would be in, or they wouldn't be in when promised. It is understandable for it to take some time to return phone calls, but 1-4 weeks is just ridiculous, especially for someone who is trying to find out what's going on. I honestly let all of that go because I don't like to complain or make people feel bad. But now it's almost a year since I got some of my settlement and then I was completely forgotten. I called last week and left a message directly to Rick. No response in a week, so I call again and am told he will call me back. One of his assistants, Kelly, called me back and couldn't give me any information, caught an attitude with me because I was persistent with asking why it was so hard to get an answer or talk to anyone that might actually help me. It just really seems like no one knows what they're doing there. I referred one of my friends and am so embarrassed that they can't get ahold of anyone. Yeah, there's a lot of cases out there, but if you can't handle your ones from before, if it takes you weeks to call people back, or you can't seem to treat people with respect and inform them when they don't know anything.. probably shouldn't be in that business anymore.
