I copied and pasted this review from another person’s review because she could not have said it better! My exact experience and very disappointing!!!! Unfortunately, my experience was not so good overall. Started out great but went down hill FAST!! Reading the other reviews, I never even heard of the names mentioned who handled their cases from Rubenstein, which is part of the problem! No consistency! I was also told by an employee there, high employee turn-over and should have ran sooner!! Too many people handled my case. My phone calls, questions, emails went unacknowledged, unanswered, and/or returned, even after complaining to Management. To add insult to the already POOR customer service, lack of follow up / follow through, received an email out of the blue, from yet another person I had no knowledge of, that my case was being transferred to another Firm to represent me in Court! What?! Needless to say, having the right Atty MATTERS. I was completely dissatisfied and definitely would NOT recommended their services (or lack there of).

I WILL NEVER USE THIS FIRM!!! This firm picks and chooses whether they want take your case. Even if you are in the right they may turn your case down I guess I did not have enough person injury for them. What ever happen to a lawyer that would take your case because it was the right thing to do even if he had to charge you for his services! I told them that I did not mind paying them but they were still not interested in taking the case. Ha!! Ha!! because my settlement is going to be at least $200,000.00 just because of the value of my property that was damaged. I did not tell them that! That what they get for being that way. I could write an encyclopedia on how amazing this firm is! I had my personal paralegal Kim Montijo who was there EVERY step of the way if i was in a waiting period and felt like a nuisance calling for an update she would assure me that it was a pleasure to help me and answer ANY and all questions i had. If she couldn't call right away she would nail it with an email response faithfully. She was a shoulder for me to cry on and never once made me feel like i was just another folder on her desk. Sally Chomat is my attorney and with the minimal contact i needed with her because of Kim's outstanding communication she knew EXACTLY what i had going on and was able to assist with all my needs with my case. Her concern with my well being and expediting of my case was genuine and from the heart because it was imperative we get my case settled and Sally came through! Unfortunately, my experience was not so good overall. Started out great but went down hill FAST!! Reading the other reviews, I never even heard of the names mentioned who handled their cases from Rubenstein, which is part of the problem! No consistency! I was also told by an employee there, high employee turn-over and should have ran sooner!! Too many people handled my case. My phone calls, questions, emails went unacknowledged, unanswered, and/or returned, even after complaining to Management. To add insult to the already POOR customer service, lack of follow up / follow through, received an email out of the blue, from yet another person I had no knowledge of, that my case was being transferred to another Firm to represent me in Court! What?! Needless to say, having the right Atty MATTERS. I was completely dissatisfied and definitely would NOT recommended their services (or lack there of).
