All I can really share is that Mr. Jenkins was helping people for free at a church function, I heard about it, and called him. He was super friendly, knew the rules off this tongue, and provided spot-on counsel. I'm an engineer and have rules (Florida Statutes) I have to know, and I genuinely respect his knowledge.
